Representative McCluskie introduced Senate Bill 19-159 concerning the continuation of the passenger tramway safety board, and, in connection therewith, implementing some of the recommendations contained in the 2018 sunset report by the Department of Regulatory Agencies. The bill continues the functions of the board until 2030. In addition, the bill removes the requirement that letters of admonition be sent by certified mail and replaces references to the program administrator with references to the program director.
