Discussion ensued regarding potential conflicts with the bill and the confrontation clause of the Sixth Amendment of the U.S. Constitution. Mr. Harrison responded to questions regarding how law enforcement may be involved in a child hearsay exception. Representative Roberts responded to questions regarding the position of certain stakeholders on the bill.
Ms. Amanda Gall, representing the Colorado District Attorneys' Council, made herself available to answer questions on the bill. Ms. Gall responded to questions regarding age restrictions in the bill.
