A copy of the sunset report can be found at: https://www.colorado.gov/pacific/dora-oprrr/coprrr-sunset-reviews. Mr. Tobias and Ms. Lockwood answered questions from the committee. Yelena Love, Office of Legislative Legal Services, provided an overview of the sunset review bill drafting process.

Ms. Lockwood answered questions from the committee about the composition of the advisory council.

Senator Todd explained the purpose of the bill. Senator Lundeen gave his opening comments on the bill.
