Ellen Graham, Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA), explained the sunset review of the Stoke Advisory Board. She explained that DORA's recommendation is to continue the Stoke Advisory Board. Erin Pulling, Rachael Rabb, and Leslie Scotland-Stewart, Project Angel Heart, began their presentation concerning medically tailored meals for patients and distributed a handout [Attachment C]. Ms. Pulling discussed the qualitative impact of the program including quality of life for the patients, affordable healthcare, improved health, and increased independence.
