The resolution concerns an application to the U.S. Congress to call a convention under Article V of the U.S. Constitution for the purpose of proposing an amendment to the U.S. Constitution to set a limit on the number of terms that a person may be elected as a member of the U.S. House of Representatives and the U.S. Senate.
