We are pleased to announce we are now recruiting work study candidates from eligible schools to begin work in the fall of 2024! We are currently recruiting Volunteer tour Guides!

NOW RECRUITING VOLUNTEER TOUR GUIDES FOR SPRING 2024!

We are seeking enthusiastic and friendly volunteers with an interest in Colorado history and state government, who enjoy working with the public, to lead tours, staff the gift desk, museum and dome observation area, and provide visitors with concierge type services.

Work Study Opportunities for DU, MSUD, and UCD Students

Eligible work-study applicants with an interest in Colorado history and state government who enjoy working with the public are encouraged to apply for a work-study position at the Capitol. Capitol guides are responsible for leading tours, staffing the gift desk, museum, and dome observation area, providing visitors with concierge type services, and some light clerical work.
