Senator Aguilar introduced Senate Bill 17-017. This bill, which was recommended by the Committee on Cost-benefit Analysis of Legalized Marijuana in Colorado, adds acute stress disorder and post-traumatic stress disorder to the list of debilitating medical conditions approved for using medical marijuana. She discussed amendment L.001, a strike-below amendment (Attachment A). The amendment defines the term "disabling medical condition" to mean an acute stress disorder or post-traumatic stress disorder
