Senator Story, sponsor, explained Senate Bill 21-195, concerning notarization of certain probate documents. She discussed consistency and streamlining the notarization process for living wills.

Mr. Carl Stevens, representing Colorado Bar Association, testified in support of the bill. He answered questions from the committee about the differences between do not resuscitate orders and living wills.
