The Office of Legislative Legal Services distributed a summary of the changes made under the authority of the Revisor in accordance with Section 2-5-103, C.R.S. (Attachment A). Senator Steadman explained the purpose of the bill.

Anna Gerstle, Fiscal Note Analyst, provided information about fiscal notes to the committee, including changes to fiscal notes for the 2016 session. The committee and Ms. Gerstle discussed the changes to fiscal notes and the process for contacting agencies to receive fiscal information.
