Kristen Forrestal, Office of Legislative Legal Services (OLLS), provided an overview of OLLS' roll in the sunset process.
10:11 AM -- Brian Tobias, Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA), discussed the sunset process. Mr. Tobias responded to questions.
10:17 AM -- Mr. Tobias presented the 2016 Sunset Review: Speech-language Pathology Practice Act (Attachment A). He explained the administration of the speech-language pathology certification program.

11:39 AM -- Donna Walter, representing herself, discussed the sunset review. She voiced her concern about the limited access to naturopathic providers. Ms. Walter responded to questions from the committee.
11:45 AM -- Dr. Lynn Perry, Colorado Medical Society (CMS), testified on the sunset review. Committee discussion followed.

Dr. O'Connor testified in support of continuing the regulation of naturopathic doctors and discussed expanding the scope of practice for naturopathic doctors.
