Debra Bailey, Julie Cozad, Representative Jessica Danielson, Steve Grund, and Senator Nancy Todd, appointees, came to the table, Ms. Cozad told the committee about why she wanted to serve on the commission. Ms. Bailey told the committee why she would make a good member of the commission. Mr. Grund spoke about his experience and why he would make a good member of the commission. Representative Danielson discussed her experience and why she would like to be a member of the commission. Senator Todd told the committee why she wants to serve on the committee. The bill allows the State Dental Board to establish lesser financial responsibility requirements for professional liability insurance for dental hygienists that meet certain criteria. This change aligns the statute for dental hygienists with that of dentists.
