Senator Fenberg introduced Senate Bill 20-204.  The bill creates the TABOR-exempt Air Quality Enterprise in the Department of Public Health and Environment to conduct air quality modeling, monitoring, assessment, data analysis, and research, and to provide its data to fee payers and state regulators.

SB20-208 - Referred to the Committee of the Whole - Consent Calendar

Senators Story and Coram introduce SB 20-208.  Under current law, certain voluntary contribution programs appearing on state income tax returns are subject to sunset provisions requiring that the General Assembly repeal and reenact.  This bill permits these options to continue appearing on Colorado tax returns, unless contributions for a program fall below $50,000 annually.  Copies of written testimony received on the bill can be found in Attachment C.
