appointees to the board of trustees: Arthur Ortegon, Karla Shriver, and
Placido Gomez. The Governor's appointment letter can be found as Attachment
A. The appointees took turns speaking about their backgrounds and why they
would like to serve on the board.

cardiac emergency preparedness, including removing certain requirements
related to written plans for automated external defibrillator use and imposing
