the reappointees to the Western Board of Trustees: Millie Hamner and Kristen
Blessman. A copy of the Governor's appointment letter can be found as Attachment
A. Ms. Hamner and Ms. Blessman took turns introducing themselves and speaking
about why they would like to continue serving on the board.
