invited Celeste Archer, Director of the Colorado Student Leaders Institute
(COSLI), to the table to introduce the appointees to the board: Ronald
Arguello, Nina Safane, Kristin Mason, and Kenneth Marquez.  The Governor's
appointment letter can be found as Attachment A.  The appointees took
turns introducing themselves and talking about why they would like to serve
on the board.
