invited Janine Davidson, President of Metropolitan State University of
Denver (MSU Denver) to introduce the appointee to the MSU Denver Board
of Trustees, Michael Kopp.  A copy of the Governor's appointment letter
can be found as Attachment A.  Mr. Kopp told the committee about his
background and about why he would like to be appointed to the board.
