Mr. Tobias spoke about the sunset report for the Council of Higher Education Representatives (council), which can be found as Attachment A. Mr. Tobias provided background and historical information about the council. He spoke about the council's charge, membership, and enacting legislation, as well as legislation passed in prior years that affects the council. He stated that the sunset report recommends that the council be continued. 01:46:56 PM Chris Rasmussen, representing the Department of Higher Education, spoke in support of continuing the council.
