Senator Story and Coram, co-sponsors, presented Senate Bill 19-097 which concerns a grant program for Area Technical Colleges.  Senator Story summarized the bill and provided opening comments.

Michael Klouser, Director of the Technical College of the Rockies, Eric Ward, Assistant Director of Pickens Technical College, and Zach Hermsen, Interim Executive Director and Director of Finance and Operations for Emily Griffith Technical College, came to the table as a group to speak in support of the bill.  The witnesses took turns providing background information about their schools and spoke about how the grant program established by the bill would benefit their institutions.
