Senator Hill, chair, call the meeting to order. Paul Johnson, President of the Colorado School of Mines, introduced the appointee and re-appointee to the board, Patty Starzer and Jim Spaanstra. Copies of their applications and resumes and the Governor's appointment letter were distributed to the committee (Attachment A). The appointees provided background information about themselves and answered questions from the committee.

Senator Hill invited the appointee and reappointees to the Private Occupational School Board to the table. lorna candler, Director, Division of Private Occupational Schools, introduced the appointees to the board: Paul Garibay, Arlene Malay, and Richard Semakula. Copies of their applications and resumes and the Governor's appointment letter were distributed to the committee (Attachment B). The appointees spoke about their backgrounds and answered questions from the committee.
