and Frizell introduced Senate Bill 25-083 concerning limits on restrictive
employment agreements. The bill prohibits any agreement that restricts
a provider who is leaving a practice from providing information to their
patients about their new practice or the right to choose your health care
provider.

by manufacturer affiliates. The bill expands the definition of motor vehicle
manufacturer to include affiliates and modifies manufacturer restrictions
related to owning or operating dealerships and service centers. The sponsors
distributed Amendments L.001, L.002, L.003, and L.005 (Attachments D, E,
F, and G).
