sponsor, presented Senate Bill 24--048, concerning recovery from substance
use disorders.  He discussed the merits of the bill and noted it was
recommended by the Opioid and Other Substance use Disorders Study Committee.
 He distributed a fact sheet about the bill (Attachment A).
