and Cutter introduced Senate Bill 23-180, concerning current state employee
pay periods.  The bill repeals sections of statute that reference
bi-monthly pay, a policy that was never implemented by the Department of
Personnel and Administration.  The sponsors distributed Amendment
L.001 (Attachment A).
