Members of the Joint Budget Committee came to the table to discuss the budget requests for FY 2020-21 for the departments overseen by the Joint Business Committee.

Senator Moreno began with an overview of the budget requests for the Office of Economic Development and International Trade, which begin on page 27 of the summary document.

Members of the JBC responded to committee questions regarding funding for the Minority Business Office.

Senator Moreno continued with an overview of the budget requests for the Colorado Department of Labor and Employment, which begin on page 73 of the summary document.

Senator Moreno responded to questions from the committee regarding the funding for electric vehicle charging infrastructure in the state and the department's request regarding the decrease in postage spending.
