Senator Donovan introduced Senate Bill 19-142, concerning hard cider exemptions. The bill exempts produce used to make hard cider from the excise tax on produce used to make wine, and exempts hard cider for the Wine Industry Development Act. She distributed Amendment L.001 (Attachment B). She discussed the purpose of the amendment.
