concerning the continuation of the cost-benefit analysis for rules. The
bill continues the provision of the Administrative Procedures Act allowing
any person to request a cost-benefit analysis of proposed state agency
rules. The provision is currently scheduled to repeal on September
1, 2018. The bill continues the program indefinitely.
