Senate Bill 18-086, concerning cyber coding cryptology for state records.
 The bill requires the state's Chief Information Security Officer
to annually identify, assess, and mitigate cyber threats to the state and
encourages the state to adopt and apply distributed ledger technologies
in its data systems where feasible.  Senator Lambert provided Amendments
L.002, L.003, and L.004 to the committee (Attachments A, B, and C).

Senate Bill 18-120 concerning the time period for tenants to cure unpaid
rent.  The bill modifies the conditions for eviction to allow a tenant
additional time to cure unpaid rent and terminate an eviction proceeding.
 The sponsors provided Amendments L.001 and L.002 to the committee
(Attachments D and E) and discussed the purpose of the amendments.
