Senator Tate and Senator Jahn introduced Senate Bill 17-240, concerning continuing the regulation of motor vehicle dealers. The bill continues the Motor Vehicle Dealer Board and the regulation of powersports vehicle sales through September 1, 2027, and implements some of the recommendations from the DORA sunset report. The sponsors provided amendment L.001, L.003, and L.004 (Attachments L, M, and N).
