Senator Moreno and Senator Hill introduced Senate Bill 17-043, concerning driver medical certificates for transportation network companies. The bill eliminates the requirement that transportation network company drivers provide proof of medical fitness before being permitted to drive. They provided a handout to the committee (Attachment A). Senator Moreno responded to questions from the committee.
