Jack Arrowsmith, Executive Director of the Statewide Internet Portal Authority (SIPA), introduced the appointees for the board. Louis Lago and Gregg Rippy, appointees, came to the table. The appointment letter may be found in Attachment A. Their applications and resumes are available at the State Archives. Mr. Lago and Mr. Rippy introduced themselves and discussed their work with SIPA and responded to comments from the committee.
