Senator Hill introduced Senate Bill 16-143, concerning reduction of wholesaler liquor licensing fees. Under current law, the annual license fee for a distillery or spirits manufacturer's license and for a wholesaler's liquor license is $1,050. The bill reduces the fee for a spirits manufacturer's license to $300 and a wholesaler's liquor license to $550.
