sunset process and the sunset review for the Commodity Handler and Farm
Products Act.  Christopher McMichael, Office of Legislative Legal
Services, discussed the draft bill for the sunset review.  Ms. Lockwood
responded to committee questions. Mark Gallegos, representing Colorado
Department of Agriculture, testified in support of the bill. Dan Zangari,
