State law allows proponents or other interested persons to submit fiscal impact estimates for consideration by Legislative Council Staff when preparing the initial fiscal impact for the Title Board. In order to ensure full consideration of these estimates, proponents must submit estimates at least 12 days prior to the Title Board hearing.
