called the meeting to order and explained that the committee was being
convened because it had received a complaint pursuant to the legislature's
Workplace Harassment Policy. Mr. Ben FitzSimons, Director of the Office
of Legislative Workplace Relations, provided an overview of the committee's
procedures.
