(OLLS) presented the budget request for OLLS, which includes the Office
of Workplace Relations (OWLR) for FY 2024-25.

Attorney, OLLS, presented the rule issue for the rules of the Medical Services
Board, Department of Health Care Policy and Financing, concerning inpatient
payment rates for opioid antagonist.

commented that this rule is the first one he recalls the committee hearing
that the OLLS recommends not extending because it is under inclusive.

that committee members should hold open the previously agreed upon dates
for future meetings in their schedules, all Thursday mornings, March 7,
March 21, and April 11. The meetings will be set as business is put on
the committee's agenda as needed. No meeting is needed this Thursday, February
22.
