| Motion: |
| I move that the Committee on Legal Services direct the Revisor of Statutes to include in the Colorado Revised Statutes, following those sections of the uniform laws that have official comments prepared by the Uniform Law Commission, cross references that would refer readers to the Uniform Law Commission website where the official comments can be found and that we not publish the official comments with the Colorado Revised Statutes in a prospective fashion, and I would also amend the motion to include that Colorado comments will not be published. |
