Representative Lee announced that, on advice
of legal counsel from the Office of Legislative Legal Services, the Committee
will conduct an executive session in accordance with section 24-6-402 (3)(a)(II),
C.R.S, for the purpose of conducting attorney-client discussions and receiving
legal advice concerning specific claims or grievances. He asked for the
usual tape system be turned off and that a separate recording be made of
the executive session.  He also requested any visitors in the committee
room to temporarily exit.
