Speaker Hullinghorst, chair, called the committee to order. A quorum was present. Mr. Mike Mauer, Director, Legislative Council Staff, provided introductory remarks for the meeting, and explained the procedures for reviewing the ballot analyses. Copies of the meeting materials are posted online on the Legislative Council website (https://www.colorado.gov/pacific/cga-legislativecouncil/ballotblue-book). Mr. Mauer responded to questions from the committee. Speaker Hullinghorst explained procedures to be used during the meeting.
