DOR is requesting $1.5 million in state funds to implement a system for tracking and issuing all certified tax credits and deductions across departments. 07:54:17 AM Mr. Arrington presented to the committee on the budget amendment request regarding adjustments to the FY2024-25 Seed-to-Sale capital IT budget reqeust. The Department is re-submitting this request as an budget amendment due to updated revenue projections for the Marijuana Tax Cash Fund in December 2023 and a reassessment of timing needs. 07:54:43 AM Mr. Arrington provided an overview of the final DOR FY2024-25 IT capital budget request concerning Licensing and Case Management Software.
