The DEC is requesting a supplemental increase of $3,275,000 in state funding for FY 2023-24 for the Universal Preschool Program. FY 2024-25 IT Capital Supplemental Budget Request: Behavioral Health Administration Infrastructure Investments - Committee Discussion Only 08:04:25 AM Ms. Michelle Barnes, interim Commissioner for the Behavioral Health Administration (BHA), introduced the supplemental request to the committee.
