and Kim Bimestefer, Executive Director of the Colorado Department of Health
Care Policy and Financing (HCPF) provided an overview of OeHI's FY 2020-21
budget request: Health IT Roadmap Initiatives using a PowerPoint presentation
(Attachment C).
OeHI is requesting $445,000 of Capital
Construction Funds (CCF) and $4 million in federal funds spending authority
for phase three of a three-phase project to implement nine initiatives
in the Colorado Health IT Roadmap to support health delivery reform, payment
reform, improve care coordination, reduce costs, and ultimately improve
health care value.

an overview of the Department of Public Safety's (DPS) FY 2020-21 budget
request: Colorado Crime Information Center (CCIC) Migration to Cloud using
a PowerPoint presentation (Attachment D) and distributed a handout (Attachment
E).
DPS is requesting $2.1 million in cash
funds spending authority to migrate the CCIC system to a cloud-based solution.

teacher at STEM lab, and Courtney Jensen, Executive Director of TechNet

Ms. Jensen discussed the job opportunities
for students who focus on computer science and the importance of technology
in today's society. Ms. Muller discussed her student's computer science
work.
