Mr. Jack Arrowsmith, representing the Colorado Statewide Internet Portal Authority (SIPA), came to the table to provide an update on SIPA's activities. He distributed a packet of information to the committee [Attachment A]. Attachment A is available upon request through Legislative Council staff. He continued by discussing the services that SIPA performs for state and local governments.

Mr. Arrowsmith continued by discussing the Whispli software product. He also discussed a potential egovernment economic impact study that will be conducted by SIPA.
