Nicole Myers, Office of Legislative Legal Services, came to the table to discuss draft legislation. She discussed two drafts: Authority of the Joint Technology Committee (LLS 17-0923) (Attachment C) and Nonmonetary Adjustments for IT Capital Projects (LLS-0675) (Attachment D). She noted that the committee has general oversight over information technology issues and that a proposed amendment (Attachment E) gives the committee the ability to review legislation regarding specific topics.
