Motion Draft legislation requiring the Department to pursue the CCBHC model, encouraging providers to work with the BHA and HCPF in developing criteria to certify eligible providers in the CCBHC program, and to allow HCPF to work with CMS to establish a new payment model as outlined in the CCBHC model to leverage federal funds and address shortcomings incurred by providers during the end of the public health emergency and allow HCPF to work on the RAE payment model to ensure the retroactive rate increase is passed directly to the providers
