Ms. Eubanks stated that currently training regarding workplace harassment occurs every two years at the beginning of each new General Assembly. Ms. Eubanks answered questions about whether a human resources professional hired for the General Assembly could conduct on-going training and potentially offer lobbyists training regarding sexual harassment. Committee members commented on potential changes to the sexual harassment training for legislators and staff.
