Commissioner Davis presented a summary of the Taxpayer Relief Breakout Group, including discussions around monthly payments, expanding the homestead exemption, targeted relief for low- and fixed-income property owners, a non-residential value exemption, expanding the existing deferral program, and adjustable caps.
