Director for the Department of Military and Veterans Affairs (DMVA), and
Paul Von Riesemann, DMVA Budget Director, introduced the property transaction
for the DMVA property in Las Animas. The property is a 2.6 acre parcel
and includes a former armory building.

Gerou, State Architect, introduced the change in project scope proposal
for Adams State University's boiler replacement controlled maintenance
project. Request documents are included as Attachment B.

Natriece Bryant,
the new Director of DPA's P2P Department, Bruce Eisenhauer, DPA Legislative
Liaison, Lori Rosendahl, CEO of the Foothills Regional Housing Authority,
and Cheri Gerou, State Architect, introduced themselves to the committee.
Architect Gerou gave an overview of the Summit Village property sale project.
Ms. Bryant continued to explain the project. Ms. Rosendahl gave further
information on the project and the services that will be provided to residents.
Mr. Eisenhauer further explained the need for more affordable housing.

Project documents,
including a CDC staff write-up, are included as Attachment C and addiitonal
documents from the Office of the State Architect are included as Attachment
D.
