Director of Legislative Affairs for Colorado Parks and Wildlife (CPW),
presented the property transaction proposal for the West Rifle Creek Fee
Title Acquisition. Ms. Horgan; Doug Vilsack, Assistant Director for Parks,
Wildlife, and Lands; and Kirk Oldham, Area Wildlife Manager in the Northwest,
were available to answer questions on the property transaction. Property
transaction documentation is included as Attachment A.
