Dr. Rhonda Epper,
Trinidad State Junior College (TSJC), introduced the college's change of
project scope request. A memo outlining the need for the scope change is
included as Attachment A.

Cheri Gerou, State Architect, provided some background information on the original project scope and how the change of scope may impact future project requests. Ms. Gerou and Dr. Epper responded to questions from the committee.

Shannon Shiveley, TSJC, presented additional information on the project and the request history. Ms. Gerou and Tana Lane, Office of the State Architect, also testified. Ms. Gerou and Dr. Epper responded to questions from the committee.
