The committee was called to order. All members were present. Committee members received a capital construction working priority list dated March 18, 2019 (Attachment A). Senator Story discussed the process by which the working list was created, and some potential changes to the list. Discussion ensued on these suggestions, and the impact of the March revenue forecast on the committee's deliberations. The deliberations focused on funding priorities for projects found in Tier 2 of the working list.
