The committee was called to order. A quorum was present. Kirk Leichliter, Assistant Vice President for Facilities Management at the University of Northern Colorado (UNC), presented one new project included on the two-year projection of cash need: Sport Performance Facility. He explained the project and its value in recruiting student athletes.
